Course Highlights
This course has many unique hole designs with most of them being a links style play with several woodland holes mixed in. The links element primarily comes from rolling mounds, prairie grass, and a few extra large waste bunkers. Generally this course is windy but the turf is not super firm or ultra short like some traditional links avenues. Greens have a nice amount of undulation with medium/fast speeds that are a good match for level of slopes. The variety, just right level of challenge, and overall balance are probably the biggest strength of this venue. Large clubhouse can host weddings and other events along with full bar and kitchen. Note that carts do not have GPS. Bonus full-size three-hole practice course is cool addition. Dedicated short-game green available separate from practice putting green.
