Course Highlights
Well balanced parkland style course in terms of conditions being very good across the board, playability was very good, and the scenery was really good. Greens, fairways, tee boxes, and hazards were all in great condition. Hole designs had lots of variety and make a person think if they want to shoot a low score. Lots of visual appeal with traditional parkland elements like trees, water, sand, and slightly above average elevation changes. Large modern clubhouse has full menu and bar along with ability to host weddings or corporate events. GPS app avail to download for free but no GPS on carts. Large pro shop and nice practice facilities including full length range.
Condition*
8.8
As noted in the highlights, conditions were very good all around including the greens, fairways, tee boxes, and traps.
Playability
8.7
Nice variety of holes including different lengths and designs. Holes wind through suburban housing. Good risk/reward decision making. Limited blind spots and forced carries.
Visual Impact
8.9
Visually this could be described as a bit more dynamic parkland style in a good way. The bunkers, fairways, and holes have just a bit more design to them than many parkland courses and the overall look is great.
