Course Highlights
Challenging golf course that features lots of nature, wildlife, peacefulness, and plenty of space between most holes. Greens are fast and true with mellow slopes so that speed is not excessive. Well maintained fairways and many very unique holes. Essentially zero housing. Lots of elevation changes with some very nice views. The pictures here do not do it justice but still provide a good general sense. Avail practice range (approx. 200 yds) and practice short game area. Fairly modern clubhouse with full bar and pro-shop.
Condition*
7.9
Greens and fairways cut short and very good condition. Interestingly, there is no second cut/fringe on either. Transitions between surfaces fairly rough. Many of the sand traps in poor shape. Tee boxes good condition.
Playability
8.5
Lots of variety between hole lengths and styles. Many holes are narrow with deep rough in some areas. Course is challenging without being ridiculous. Good tee box options. Fantastic feel of playing in nature without cars / housing.
Visual Impact
8.9
Particularly for the price, lots of nature and room to breathe with expansive views on many holes. Some of the hole designs look great and unique. Plenty of water views and most holes play through trees.
